This Eighth Anniversary whiskey combines wisdom from our first 5 years of work with 3 years of aging.

Locally grown and malted grains from Double Eagle Malt yield a complex and bold expression of our Select Four Grain whiskey. Aged in new American oak then transferred to used French oak wine barrels to add depth and softness.

Enjoy neat or on a rock.

Mash Bill: 78% malted barley, 2% roasted barley, 10% wheat, 9% oats, 2% rye.

Nose: Vanilla, orange marmalade, malt.

Palate: Oak, vanilla, malt, medium-bodied with mild heat.

Finish: Medium length.
