After ten years of refinements and experiments, we’re embarking on a new mission to continually celebrate our evolution as a craft distillery. 

Taking a solera-esque approach, we’ve blended the contents of barrels from each of our first ten years of distilling to create this Tenth Anniversary whiskey. We intend to save some, rebarrel it, and blend it into a similar milestone ad infinitum whiskey in the future—and so on. 

Features a limited-edition, hand-illustrated reverse label depicting the Manatawny Creek locale.

Mash Bill: Malted barley, roasted barley, wheat, oats, rye.

Nose: Almond paste, cedar.

Palate: Millionaire's shortbread, orange blossom honey.

Finish: Creamy & warm, note of chocolate-covered cherry.
