Made by blending raw local honey with our Four Grain American Whiskey before bottling, our Honey Whiskey is likely more subtle and nuanced than you've come to expect from other flavored whiskeys.

The spirit hits the tongue with velvety sweetness and rich honey character that challenges oak tannins introduced during barrel aging. The base whiskey shows through with a pleasant bite which fades to reveal the complexities of the honey.
