This single selected barrel of our signature four grain mash--bottled at cask strength, only filtered and not softened with water before bottling--demonstrates with aplomb what sets our whiskeys apart. Familiar notes of vanilla, caramel, and subtle rye spice are complemented by toasty coffee and cocoa notes from the roasted malted barley.

As with its gentler 94 proof cousin, sweet on the nose with a velvety mouthfeel and a dry finish.
