FOUR GRAIN AMERICAN WHISKEY

A malt-heavy, four-grain whiskey, comprised of several different batches, this whiskey is aged in premium American oak cooperage for 12 to 28 months. This decadent spirit's mash bill consists of malt, wheat, oats and rye and boasts a surprisingly complex, but a mildly sweet character and a pleasant finish.

Those fortunate enough to try it will discover notes of maple syrup, vanilla, citrus and spices, while the flavors impart honey, malt, cinnamon, flowers and multiple grains.

Rich amber in color, Four Grain American Whiskey is a worthy precursor of the whiskey to come.

HONEY WHISKEY 

A collaborative spirit made with Swarmbustin’ Honey. The Chester County, PA apiary makes distinctive honeys with rich and complex flavors. Two honeys were blended with intense whiskey to provide sweet honey character without losing the bite of the whiskey. The spirit hits the tongue with velvety sweetness and rich honey character that challenges the tannins from the oak. The base whiskey shows through with a pleasant bite which fades to reveal the complexities of the honey.

SELECT FOUR GRAIN AMERICAN WHISKEY

Select barrels of our signature four grain mash showcase toasty coffee and cocoa notes from the roasted malted barley. Sweet on the nose with a velvety mouthfeel and a dry finish. Enjoy neat, on the rocks, or in a classic whiskey cocktail.
